I need to know what this means:
Please define "restless and irresponsible."
i don't want to wait for things to be "better than ever" because i can't stand when things are off and it makes me restless and irresponsible.

"Restless":
adjective: worried and uneasy
adjective: unable to relax or be still
"Irresponsible":
adjective: showing lack of care for consequences
i don't like being worried an uneasy and unsure of the future. And i certainly don't want to rebel to get attention by being irresponsible...failing to follow rules (like posting), etc.
That's what it means.
